Founder & Creative Director
Matt has worked in the creative industry for over 25 years and counts some of the world's well-known brands among the organisations he has worked with. His passion lies within the sphere of User Experience design or UX for sort. Working from the stance that users are never the problem when a digital interaction goes wrong, Matt strives to understand problems before providing considered solutions.

Hannah has worked in customer and client facing roles in the creative industry for over 20 years. So, she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding and meeting their needs. She believes that customer satisfaction is the ultimate measure of a company’s value and likes nothing more than a deep dive into what differentiates companies from their competitors.

Junior Designer
Josh is an aspiring young designer who has studied design in college for the last two years. He loves to take problems head-on with a creative mind. He believes that there will always be a way to improve on design work. Josh likes to make use of typography and hierarchy of design in order to create pieces that maximise the user’s experience. He is also thoughtful in the way he approaches design that's beyond his years. Josh loves to play with typography, colour and contrast in his work and has a deep fascination with the power graphic design has to move people to action.

Wilma takes her role very seriously, making sure the team have their full dose of cute every day. Wilma also has a passion for announcing every visitor, especially the postman. Selflessly Wilma will offer up her tummy to anyone at a moment's notice if she suspects that someone is in need of a tummy to tickle.
